Thank you so much for this! I have a gluten-free friend coming for dinner this weekend and was racking my brain to come up with something for dessert that she hadn’t had at my place multiple times already. This sounds perfect!

Ha! I'm so happy to hear it. If you want to echo the toastiness of the brioche without the gluten, you could buy some roasted, salted nuts and crush them over the top of the strawberries before serving. Pistachios would be nice, or almonds.
